Collecting Materials in the Vertex BD Architectural and Pro Products

Material Register is included in the Vertex BD Architectural product, containing specific details of the materials (description, price, unit, etc.) and any possible sub-assemblies. Sub-assemblies are defined in the sub-assembly database. A sub-assembly can consist of several materials that are calculated according to certain customer-specific rules. The sub-assembly of a building part can contain e.g. the lumber, sheathing, fasteners and installation. When a bill of materials is generated for the collected materials, you can include the sub-assemblies by rolling out the bill.
