Select Reference Line

When a wall is added, the reference line of the wall is set to run through the selected points. With this function, any point of the cross section of a wall structure can be selected as the reference line of the wall. When this function is selected, a window is opened displaying the cross section of the wall structure to be added. The reference line is selected with the cursor or with the generic point search and ruler functions. When the reference line has been selected, the drawing window closes automatically.

1. Select the location of the positioning line in the cross section of the wall.
2. Continue adding the wall.

• You can directly select either the outer surface of the exterior siding, center of frame or the interior finish as the reference line from the auxiliary menu, see Reference Line Quick Selection.
• If a special REFERENCE line has been defined for the wall, you can select it as a reference line by using the function Placement: Wall Reference Line.
