Zoom Extents

You can redefine the borders of a drawing or a model so that all objects are inside them. Do either of the following:

• Select Zoom Extents from the tool strip.
• Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Zoom Extents.
• Press Shift+A.

After this, all objects will be visible in the working window. This function will also make all of the hidden lines of the model visible.

Note

• You can enable the automatic zooming to extents by setting the keyword auto_limit_on= 1 in the 3D keyword group. The program will then automatically search for the model's extents after almost every function you select.
