Delete a Region Split

Delete a road or yard area added to a terrain by selecting its edge line and pressing the Delete key. The edge line will also be deleted from the drawing.

If you want to delete the area, but keep the edge line, do as follows:

1. Select the edge line.
2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
3. Select Advanced > Explode into Geometry. You will be prompted: "Are you sure you want to explode?""
4. Select Yes. The region will be deleted from the terrain model, but the polyline will remain in the drawing.
