Close a Building
Close an active building by selecting File > 
Close building or Archives | Buildings | Close.
Select what you want to do depending on the saving location of the building:
- Building in the local archive:
If no changes have been made to the building since the last save, the program will close the building directly. If there are unsaved changes in the building, select one of the following:
- Click Save to save the changes made to the building since the last save.
- Click Don't save to close the building without saving the changes.
- Building in the Vertex Sync service:If no changes have been made to the building since the last synchronization, the program will close the building directly. If there are unsynchronized changes in the building, select one of the following:
- Click Upload to upload the building with its changes to Sync. Select whether you want to make a new revision or overwrite the old one. Read more about Close a Building Opened from Sync.
- Click Save working copy to save the building to the local workspace. The building will not be uploaded to the Sync service. The next time you open the building, the working copy saved in the workspace will open, with the changes saved.
- Click Don't save to close the building without saving the changes. The next time you open a building, the last working copy that was saved in the workspace opens.
