Selecting an Element with the Cursor

With the program in the basic mode, select an element in the working window and perform a function on it. Select the element by pointing it with the cursor or by pointing an area, which will select all elements inside it.

Select an element as follows:

1. Move the cursor over the element by moving the mouse. If you have selected marking elements before selecting them (General Drafting Properties), the color of the element in the snap area of the cursor will change.

2. Click with the left mouse button. The color of the selected element changes.

3. If you want to select several elements, hold down the Ctrl key and click the elements with the left mouse button.
