Shift Sheet Numbers

You can add a constant between -100 and 100 to the sheets of the selected drawing number.

• After selecting the drawing number, the list opens, and you can select the drawing sheet since the addition is done.
• The addition is done to the sheet numbers of the selected sheet and all sheets after that.

If the project is active, you can select drawings from the project.

1. Select tab, Documents group, Maintenance and Shift Sheet Numbers.
2. Select the drawing sheets to be moved using the selection window.
   • Fill in the search criteria.
   • Select the drawing from the list and click OK.

   • Select the sheet and click OK.
3. Enter the shift of the sheet numbers.
   • Positive value increases the sheet number.
   • Negative value decreases the sheet number.

   The program displays an error message if the sheet number can not be decreased by the entered shift.
