Convert Elements to Lines
Convert all the elements of the drawing to the lines: e.g. circles, arcs, texts, etc. Conversion can be made to the active drawing or to the several drawings at the same time as a batch process. With this function you can also remove elements located on the invisible layers. The function also removes hidden lines.
- On the
tab, in the Others
group, select 
Convert
Elements to Lines. - Define the conversion with dialog box selections.
- Select OK.
Dialog Box Options
- Drawings to be modified
- You can convert the active drawing in the working window by selecting Only active drawing, or you can do a batch conversion by selecting Several drawings in batch.
- Elements of invisible layers
- You can define what to do with the elements on invisible layers during conversion. You can delete the elements by selecting Delete elements or you can keep them by selecting Keep elements as original.
- Elements of visible layers
- You can more specifically define what to do with the elements on visible layers during conversion. Select the suitable options.
