DWG Export Settings

Precisely defines the element conversions when a Vertex drawing is exported into DWG format. The definitions are made on the tabs of the dialog box.

General

Color table: Defines the DWG version, the conversion of symbols and dimensions, and the color table for all elements.; Click a header to sort the table, for example primarily by the Vertex layers used in the drawing, numerical order of the Vertex layers or the AutoCAD colors/layers.; A red spot in an icon indicates that the table is sorted by the Vertex layers used in the drawing, for example.; The Vertex layers used in the drawing are indicated by the symbol.
Save: Click the Save button when you want to save the setup file under a new name.
Edit: Click the Edit button after you have selected a row for editing from the table. Alternately, you can double-click the row. Select more than one line by pressing the Ctrl key and clicking the left mouse button.
Close: Click the Close button when exiting the export settings. You can also save the changes made to the settings or prevent the changes from being saved.

Layers

Layers: Defines the conversion of elements drawn on Vertex layers.; Properties defined with check boxes constitute a specialty for defining the conversion of elements belonging to a layer. The check box can be cleared (property not selected), selected or it can retain the original value.
Preview: Select the Preview check box to have the Vertex drawing display only the elements drawn on the layer selected for editing.
Set: Click the Set button to set the changes you made to the layer selected for editing.

Texts/Lines

Text styles, Line types: Defines the text styles and line types of elements drawn on Vertex layers.

Others

Expert: lines, texts, hatches, symbols

Properties: Defines the parameter conversions that have to be made for the Vertex drawing's elements before the drawing is saved in DWG format.
