Automatic Number Increment
Increase the first given number automatically by the given value. The default increment value is 1. The increment value may also be negative, in which case the program reduces the given increment from the number until it reaches 0.
Entry point of incremental number
Define, which number changes in the text. The software counts the number entry point starting from the left. If there is only one number in the text, its entry point is number one. For example, you want to raise the second number in the text starting from left, set 2 as the entry point. In that case the series will be for example 1K1, 1K2, 1K3,... or Floor 3, room 1 , Floor 3, room 2 , Floor 3, room 3 , ...
Return after add
When this checkbox is selected, and you have selected the Automatic number increment, the dialog box will be always opened after selecting the position for a text.
Do as follows:
- Open the text dialog box for example by tab > Text group > Text.
- Type the first text to be added in the dialog box.
- Select the Automatic number increment.
- Select the increment value from the list or type it in the field.
- Set the Entry point of incremental number as an integer.
- Select OK.
- Select the location of the text.

Quick menu for incrementing numbers
When you are adding text, the quick menu for incrementing numbers is visible. Insert two values in the field opening from it: Number increment and Entry point of incremental number. Separate the values with a comma.
