Edit Model/Drawing Archive Data

You can browse and, if necessary, edit the data of the model/drawing archives.

Select the documents to be browsed using the dialog box. The search criterion can be a document label or another search term.

When defining search terms, you can use an asterisk (*) to replace several characters or a question mark (?) to replace a single character. If the search returns more than one document, you can browse the data by cards.

1. Do either of the following:
   • On the tab, in the Documents group, click Maintenance > Edit Model Archive data.
   • On the tab, in the Documents group, click Maintenance > Edit Drawing Archive data.
2. Fill in the search data and click OK.
3. After confirming the search criterion, the archives data of the model will be displayed. If the search returns more than one documents, you can browse the data as follows:
   • By cards with the cursor keys arrow down and up.
   • As a list with the Shift+cursor down key. Move between rows by pressing the cursor keys arrow up or down. Press Enter or click the OK button to view the Archives Data of the desired row.
4. If necessary, edit the archives data of the document and confirm the changes.
