Link an Item to a Part

You can select the item linked to a profile part or a component from the existing items in the item database.

The number of items is accumulated in the table ID of the Select Size section of the dimension table as you select different items for the same table ID from the item database and link them to a part in the material data.

After selecting the dimension table ID, link the item data to the part. Continue as follows:

1. Click the dimension table Item section Data. The material data window for the part opens.
2. Select the item by clicking a symbol in the Label field symbol .
3. Enter the class selection data in the window, and confirm the data.
4. Select an item whose data you want to link to the part. The selected item is placed in the Label field of material data.
5. Click Link.
6. The program will notify you that the linking has been performed. Click the OK button.
7. Accept the material data. The selected item is placed in the dimension table's Item field, but will not increase the number of items listed after the dimension table ID in the Select Size section until you accept the dimension table.
8. Click OK.
