The spare parts book is generated by collecting the structure of a 3D assembly model.
- A Vertex 3D model is a main assembly or a subassembly. An assembly is an archived model saved in the general archive or a project archive.
- A cover sheet of a spare parts book, notes page and pages with images are created as Vertex drawings. All pages of the spare parts book are created from the same assembly.
- Table of contents is automatically collected based on spare parts drawings created from subassemblies.

Sheets of a Spare Parts Book
You can only collect to the spare parts book a Vertex drawing which archives data is included a specific classification.
The classification will be determined by, whether it will be Cover Sheet, Notes / Help page, or Page with images and spare parts list.
