Delete a Vertical Section Definition

Delete the section definitions from a 2D drawing in the following way:

  1. Select the symbol of the section definition to be removed in the floor plan drawing.
  2. Do either of the following:
    • Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Delete.
    • Press the Delete key.
You can also delete the vertical section definitions in the project's document browser:
  1. Open the branch Architectural Documents / Sections.
  2. Right-click the section label.
  3. Select Delete.
Note: Sections will also be removed from the list of the Create View dialog box, but the added section drawings remain on the drawing sheets. If another section line is defined using the label of a removed section, the new section is updated also on drawing sheets after the Update Views function.
