Add Using Edges

This function is used to add a plane to an area limited by existing planes. The edges of the planes are selected in either the 2D drawing or 3D model. The selected edges define the elevation of either the top or bottom surface of the plane. When the plane to be added has common edge points with an existing plane, the edges can be combined by selecting a function in the auxiliary menu.

1. Select positioning according to bottom or top surface.
   • Adjust Bottom Side to Selected Edges
   • Adjust Top Side to Selected Edges
2. Select combine edges, if necessary.
   • Do Not Link Edges
   • Link Edges
3. Select the edges of the planes.
4. Select Confirm.
