Selecting a joint from the joint library
Architectural
When you are generating a corner or T connection between walls, you can select the joint from the joint library if the advanced function DET ON is selected.
When you have selected the walls to be joined, the Vertex Browser opens and you can select the joint from the joint library. If a library joint exists for the wall types to be trimmed, a joint directory will be displayed in the left-hand frame of the browser. The right-hand frame shows the thumbnails, descriptions and codes of the joints included in the directory.
Select a joint by double-clicking its thumbnail, and the browser will close and the program create the selected joint. You can also close the browser without selecting a joint by clicking the Close button of the browser window or by pressing the Esc key, and the program will create a basic joint.
