Move Wall Line End Point
Architectural
You can modify wall joints in a drawing by moving the end points of the wall lines. This is a useful feature with joints of walls with different structures, for example the intersection point of three different walls. The line modifications will also be retained when the wall geometry is recreated.
- Select a wall.
- Move the cursor near the wall end's grip point.
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
- Select Move Wall Line End Point.
- Select a line (A). The cursor will be locked to be parallel to the wall.
- Click a new location for the line end point (B).
- Do one of the following:
- Select another line and click a new location for the line end point.
- Select Confirm, and select another wall. Select a line, and click a new location for the line end point.
- Quit by pressing the Esc key.
Restore Moved Lines
Return the moved line end points to their original positions as follows:
- Select a wall.
- Move the cursor near the wall end's grip point.
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
- Select Restore Original Wall Line End Points.
