Edit Wall Shape in a Section View

You can activate an editing mode where you can shape wall panels according to the geometry of other objects in the model. The editing mode creates a section view of the building model, which only presents the geometry intersected by the defining face of the wall volume. All other geometry is temporarily hidden from the model. You can move the edges and corner points of a wall volume by grabbing the section view points.

Activate the editing mode as follows:

1. Select a wall.
2. Select a wall layer.
3. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
4. Select Shape Editing in Cross Section.

Edit the wall volume by adding and moving corner points, for example.

Exit the editing mode by re-selecting the wall layer and deactivating the Shape Editing in Cross Section mode (check mark is removed).
