Tangent ruler arc-arc (2D) setting

You can set the cursor to move as a tangent ruler of the two circles. You can select this ruler also during drawing a line.

• The tangent ruler is set according to the selected arcs.
• The position of the ruler is affected by the side from which the arc is clicked.
• There are four different ways of setting a ruler tangent to two circles as a common tangent of both arcs.

After you have set the ruler, click the first and second point of the line. After you have clicked the second point, the ruler is automatically switched off.

1. Select Tangential ruler: arc-arc setting.
2. Select the first arc.
3. Select the second arc.
