Restore Default Layer Scheme

You can restore the layers and layer groups of the default layer scheme to the drawing by selecting View | Layers | Layers > Restore Default Layer Selections.

You will be prompted: Replace drawing specific layers permanently with system default layers?

Yes - Drawing specific layers will be replaced with the selected layer scheme.
No- Drawing specific layers will be retained.

When you select Yes, the layer names, visibility and layer groups are loaded to the drawing from the default layer scheme.

The default layer scheme may be either the software supplier’s default layer scheme defined in the system setttings, or a customer-specific default layer scheme saved in a drawing file in the ../custom/setup/layer_templates folder.
