Copy a Sub Model

Sub Projects

You can copy a sub model in the same drawing-model pair of the main model, or to another drawing-model pair of the main model.

  1. Select the sub models.
  2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
  3. Select Copy Sub Model.
  4. Select the drawing-model pair to which you wish to copy the sub model. Do either of the following:
    • Select the open drawing-model pair.
    • Select another drawing-model pair of the building.
  5. Select a reference point.

    The selected drawing-model pair is activated.

  6. If necessary, use auxiliary functions before specifying the location.

  7. Select the location.
  8. Quit by pressing the Esc key.
Note: The height of the sub model in relation to the absolute origin will change. The sub model will be located in the new drawing-model pair so that its height in relation to the floor base height remains the same as in the original drawing-model pair.
