Filtering Selected Elements

You can limit which elements are selected in a drawing so that only elements of certain types become selected, for example line, text, symbol, hatch or all of the mentioned types. Before selecting the elements, select the element types from the auxiliary menu.

When you have selected the element type, only the elements of the selected element type will be selected in the drawing. If you select the Lines in an area or Texts in an are function, only the lines and texts that are inside the area will be selected.
