Connect Unconnected

This function searches for a shorter than 3 mm long unconnected connection line, and displays it in the drawing.

You can remove the short connection line or connect it to the nearest IO point.

1. On the tab, in the Wiring group (ED) or Connections group (HD), click Connect Unconnected.
2. Select an element.

   Verifying connection line ends: A short unconnected connection line found! Do you want to remove?

3. Removing or connecting of connection lines is asked only once.
   • If you select Yes, all short connection lines will be removed and unconnected connection lines will be connected in the whole diagram.
   • If you select No, connecting of connection lines is omitted in the whole diagram.

Note

• This function contains a check of connection lines of an off-page connector in the diagrams drawn on several layers (special application).
  • The layer of off-page connectors is compared with the connection line added to a connector.
  • If layer differences appear, the user will be asked whether to fix. If you answer Yes, the function will fix the layer of the connection lines ended to off-page connector the same as the layer of the particular off-page connector.
