Function List

This function creates a function list from the the sheets of an active drawing. You can create a function list if you have defined function descriptions to symbols.

1. On the tab, in the Reports group, click Function List.
2. The program collects list and displays it in the database view.
3. Select List and select the type of the list.
4. Select OK.

Selecting Function Description

You can create a function list if you have defined function descriptions to symbols.

Define the function description of the symbol as follows:

1. Select the symbol.
2. Select the context-sensitive menu function Enter Function List Data.
3. In the dialog box, do either of the following:
   • Click All Texts and select function description from the Description Texts list.

     If the list is long, filter the list by clicking alphabetical button.

     For example, click the button and you will see the list of description texts in which the first letter is T.

   • Select contents in the fields by clicking .
4. Select OK.

Note

• You can also remove the function description using the Delete button in the dialog box and you can define a new function description.
