Create a drawing specific symbol

Store group as a symbol to active drawing. You can utilize a drawing-specific symbol when creating a cover symbol.

You can create a drawing-specific symbol, for example, when the drawing contains a large number of groups and you wish to delete some of them.

Create a drawing-specific symbol of those elements you wish to keep in the drawing. When you save the drawing, the symbol is stored in the drawing.

1. Draw the geometry of the symbol in the drawing.
2. On the tab, in the Tools group select Create drawing specific Symboll.
3. On the tab, in the Group group, select Save Component.
4. Select the position points.
5. Select Confirm.
