Circle tangential to line (2D)

This function is used to add an arc or circle that is tangent to a line. A center point is defined for the arc/circle. The selected center point defines the location of the arc/circle.

1. Select the line that will be tangent to the arc/circle.
2. Select the center point location.
3. Select the start and end points for the arc.
