Save Default Window Layout

You can save five (5) different window layouts as default windows.

You can view a model in default windows in such a way that the same model is open in more than one window in different views.

Save window layout

Before you can save various views as default windows, you need to open a model. For example, define two windows with a different view.

1. Open the model to the working window and set the model to the desired view.
2. On the tab, in the Windows group, select New.
3. Limit the model in the window by two corner points. The model is opened for editing in a new window.
4. Set the model in the desired view.

   The workspace now includes two windows with a different view of the same model.

5. To save the window set, on the tab, in the Window group, select Save.
6. Select Save as window layout 1, etc.
