Add a Sheet

General

  • To add a drawing sheet to a drawing, first select a folder in the browser, and then select the sheet.
  • Various example sheets from the supplier can be found in the library: Symbols/Standard:
    • Sheets
    • Sheets_ISO7200
    • Flow sheets
    • Flow sheets_ISO7200
  • In general, each company has its own forms, which are made for the company's own needs, in which case they can be found in the library Symbols/Own/(Sheets).
  • It is recommended that you create your own sheets based on the supplier's sheets. At a minimum, according to the ISO 7200 standard, the contact information of the owner of the drawing, i.e. the company, must be changed to the supplier's sheets.
  • The drawing area limits will be scaled to fit the drawing sheet. If the drawing is a model drawing, you can still edit the projections and add other projections of the model to the drawing after adding the drawing sheet.
  • If more than one sheet is added to the drawing, it becomes a multi-page drawing.
  • The example sheets created by the supplier have been saved as "automatically updated", meaning that the title block information and the part list data are automatically filled in after the sheet is added.
  • The data in the sheet is also updated with the F5 key and the context-sensitive function Update and pressing the Ctrl and U keys at the same time.
