Users

Define user data, such as name abbreviation, name, department/unit, document type and status, language, task, and contact and address information, as well as acceptance rights. Hereafter, in the document archive data you can select the abbreviated name in the Drawn By and Checked By fields. Only a person with acceptance rights can accept a document.

  1. On the tab, in the Databases group, click Application.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Edit the data.
  4. Select OK.
