Combine

Combine point clouds imported into the assembly model into a single point cloud. The original point clouds will be removed from the assembly.

The program creates a new local PointCloud part to which the combined clouds are written directly.

1. Select Point clouds | Combine.

   The Combine dialog box opens. The dialog box shows the point clouds found in the model. When you move the cursor to a point cloud row in the list, the program marks it in the model and in the feature tree.

2. Select or clear the selection of a point cloud in the list, or Select all.
3. Confirm by clicking OK.
4. The combined point cloud is limited by an area or a limiting cube, and thinned out if necessary with its own function.

Note: If you want to combine only certain point clouds, select them from the feature tree with the Ctrl key pressed down and select Point Cloud > Combine point clouds from the right-click menu.
