+/-BOM
Option System
You can use the functions to compare the material quantities between the base model of the building and different sets of options.
Option Presolve And Material Quantity Comparison
If the Master Sets add-on feature is available to you, you can first presolve the option groups, and then compare their material quantities.
Material Quantity Comparison without Option Presolve
If you do not use the presolve of options, first solve the option groups and then compare their material quantities.

Effect of Changes in a Solved House Model on the Material Quantities
If you make changes to a solved house model, you can create a report showing the effect of the changes on the material quantities. A changed house model no longer meets the option definition, so it is called an NSO model (non-standard option).

Note
- The presolve of options requires that the Master Sets add-on feature is available to you, and the keyword master_set_config= 1 is set in the BDSXX keyword group.
- Once you have solved the desired options, you can of course collect the materials and create the bill of materials in the usual way, i.e. using the functions in the Material Reports button menu.
