Defines the output format, amount of compiled data. Define the data in the dialog box.
Dialog box options
- Output Format
- Defines the output format of the data compiled in a parts list. Select from the
selection list Parts List, Stock List, Parts List on Form, for
example. If the drawing form has output definitions, the parts list can be output to the
drawing. Usually, the parts list are generated as separate documents.
- We recommend performing the editing of output formats as a customer fitting.
- Roll-Out
- Defines the amount of data collected in a parts list. Select one of the following:
- No roll-out - Data is collected on the parts list without substructures.
- Roll-out to end - In a drawing, substructures of a component, which are defined in
the component database, are also collected on the parts list.
- Collect from all forms
- If you want to collect materials from all forms, select Collect from all
forms. Otherwise materials are collected from the active forms.
- Collect from connection lines (connected)
- If you want to collect materials also from the connection lines, select
Collect from connection lines.
- When collecting from connection lines, the Cable label and Wire label (ED) / Fitting
lable (HD) of internal wiring is collected in to the Device label field (LBL_PART3). The
Unity and Position fields (LBL_PART1 ja LBL_PART2) are filled in according to the start of
the connection line.
- Data of connection lines, to which part data is specified, is collected to a bill of
materials.
- Architectural drawings
- These functions belong to architectural electrical engineering.
- You can also collect the connection materials to the parts list by selecting
Collect connection materials. When this option is selected, you
can also select Combine cable lengths of same cable types.
- If the drawing contains same cable types, you can select if the cable lengths are
calculated together or separately. If you want to calculate the cable lengths together,
select Combine cable lengths of same cable types.
- You can collect more materials to the parts list by selecting Collect cable
channels and/or Collect cable shelves.
