Stretching Lines

This function can be used to stretch lines and arcs from a limited area in a drawing. You can select the stretched elements with a rectangle. The lines will be elongated or shrunk. Define stretching in relation to a reference point

1. Select the element to be modified with a rectangle.
2. Select the context-sensitive menu function Stretch.
3. Select a reference point in relation to which you want to specify the offset.
4. Select a new location for the reference point.

• You can also stretch an individual element by moving the end point of the element using its handle.
