Automate the Retrieval of Component Item Data

The component's item data is automatically retrieved from the item database using a macro program. The retrieval is done based on the component's dimension table ID. The item data can be automatically retrieved for almost all of the software vendor's components.

Setup

1. Open the Vertex directory System/autom_macros in Explorer.
2. Copy the file FillItemList.prg.
3. Paste the file into the Vertex folder Custom/macros.

   If the Custom folder does not exist in the file system, paste the file into the folder Shared/macros.
