Collect a Parts List Based on Part Numbers

It is possible to collect only those parts on a drawing's parts list that have a part number in the drawing. This property can be defined for a drawing created by the user and for a model drawing. The definition can be added to the part´s list settings Kompot.

If the Shared/setup folder does not contain the settings file, do as follows:

1. Copy the Kompot file from the Vertex folder System/setup.
2. Paste it into the Shared/setup folder.
3. Open the Kompot file in the Shared/setup folder in Notepad for editing.
4. Create a new bill of materials definition with the output definition:

   records= "where CPNO <> 0"

   Leave the edited output definition and its definition in the file.

5. Restart Vertex.
