Users

Define user data, such as abbreviated name, name, department/unit, task and address as well as acceptance rights. Hereafter, in the document archive data you can select the abbreviated name in the Drawn By and Checked By fields. Only a person with acceptance rights can accept a document.

  1. On the tab, in the Databases group, click Application.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Edit the data.
  4. Click OK.
