Open a Drawing-model Pair of a Frame

The space reservations and parts of wall, floor, ceiling and roof panels are added to the framing model.

Switch to the matching architectural or framing pair of the active drawing-model pair by clicking the button at the top left corner of the working window. When the architectural design drawing-model pair is active (model file MODEL.vxm), switch to the framing drawing-model pair by clicking the button:

You can also open the framing drawing-model pair from the project document browser:

  1. Open the Structural design branch in the document browser.
  2. Do either of the following:
    • Double-click the model name Framing model to activate the frame model.
    • Double-click, for example, 1st floor wall framing to activate the drawing-model pair drawing of the frame.
