Arc

With this function, an arc is added. When adding a line, its line properties are defined. A center point and two circle points are selected for the arc of a circle. All three selected points set the arc on the desired plane. Line precision can be adjusted before selecting the points of the arc.

1. Select Drafting | Lines | Arc
2. Define the properties of an arc.
3. Adjust line precision, if necessary.
4. Select the center point of the arc.
5. Select the start point of the arc, which at the same time defines the radius of the arc.
6. Select the arc end point.

   The arc is modeled counter-clockwise from the start point parallel to the surface layer.

   

   In the following example, an arc has been added parallel to the viewing layer and on the xz plane.
