Part List

This function can be used to make bill of materials from the active drawing sheets. The part list is collected from the elements with a material code

1. On the tab, in the Reports group, click Part List.
2. Define the parts list data in the dialog box.
   • From the selection list, select the output format.
   • Select the collecting method in the Roll-out list.
3. Select OK.
4. Define the data collected to the parts list in the dialog box options: Parts List Collection Data
5. Select OK.

   The collected part list is displayed in a database window according to the selected output format. Edit the bill of materials with standard database functions, if necessary.

6. Select OK.
7. Enter the saving name of the part list database and the name of the part list.
