Add a Notes Page / Help Page to a Spare Parts Book
Spare Parts Book
Create the Notes page or the Help page for a spare parts book as a Vertex drawing.
It can be 1 or 2 help pages in the spare parts book. You can also leave out the page from the book.
Create a page as follows:
- Drawing. Create a drawing in the main assembly by selecting the context-sensitive function Drawings.
- Drawing limits. Instead of using a sheet, you can define drawing limits for the drawing.- Select the context-sensitive function  Properties and then select the Drawing Limits tab in the dialog box. Properties and then select the Drawing Limits tab in the dialog box.
- Select the A4 Portrait sheet in the Predefined Drawing Limits field.
- Click OK.
 
- Select the context-sensitive function 
- Text. If necessary, you can add text to the page with the functions in the Texts Vertex menu.If you wish to have the texts in several languages, add the texts on certain layers. 
- Set all layers of the drawing as visible with the  Layers> Layers> All Layers function. All Layers function.
- Save the drawing in the archive with the File> Save function.
- Archives Data. In addition to the drawing's archival data, fill in the following information:- Fill in the Class field as follows:- Select Other Documents from the Main Group menu.
- Select Spare Parts Book.
- Select SP Notes as the class. This defines the drawing as a Notes page which will be collected in the spare parts book.
 
 
- Fill in the Class field as follows:
- Click OK.
