Part Handle

A handle will act as the part’s insertion point when the part is added to an assembly. A handle will also act as the insertion point of a part saved as a library feature or component. If there are several handles, the first handle of the list will be used as the insertion point. You can delete and add handles if you want to define a new insertion point for a library component, for example.
