Open from Recently Opened Files

General

• The File function opens a list of the ten most recently opened files next to the drop-down menu.
• At the top of the browser is the History section, under which are folders where you can find previously opened files.

Use the list of recent files

1. Select the File function.
   • The last ten files opened will be displayed to the right of the drop-down menu.
   • A document that has been archived will be displayed on the list as a document number.
   • For documents that have been imported using a file name, the entire directory path will be displayed.
2. Click the file label to open it.

Open a previously opened document

1. Open the Browser
   • Press the B key or
   • select the function File > Open or
   • select the function Archives | Documents | Open.
2. Select History and a subfolder
   • Recent, Today, Last week and Earlier this month
3. Open model or drawing
   • Double-click it or
   • select the file and the context-sensitive function Open.
