Set Area Layer Offset

You can move the structural layer above the basic layer upwards or the layer below it downwards. The layers above and below the moved layer will also be moved. The detailed representation of the structure must be enabled (expanded view of the layers).

1. Select a structure and a layer.

2. Select Plane Structure | Layer | Add Offset.

   The Layer Offset dialog box opens.

3. Enter a new width in the Offset field. Enter a positive value. The layer will move in the following way:
   • If you selected a layer above the basic layer, it will move upwards.
   • If you selected a layer below the basic layer, it will move downwards.

• You cannot enter an offset for the basic layer of a structure.
