Collecting Materials of a Roof Layout

You can find out the eave and ridge lengths and the material consumption of the roof when you collect the materials of the roof layout and create a bill of materials.

1. Select Output | Materials | Collect.
2. Select Additional files: roof_layout.vxp from the list.
3. Click the OK button. The program collect the materials to the material database, and the Collected Materials database view opens.
4. Save the material database by closing the database view with the OK button.

• After you have collected the materials, you can create a bill of materials by using the function Generating a Material Report.

• The feature is available when the keyword extra_bom_files has been defined in the system settings. For example:
