Remove Parts

Framer

You can delete parts you have created in a layered structure without deleting the panel or panel breaks. The structure can be a panel (wall, floor or roof panel) or horizontal structure framing.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select one or more panel of the same type (wall, floor or roof).
    • Select one or more horizontal structure.
    • Select the horizontal structure in the model, and select the Confirm function. This requires that the exploded positions have been expanded into view.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select Panel | Framing | Remove.
    • Select Plane Structure | Framing | Remove.
    • Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Remove Parts. In this case, the program prompts you to confirm the removal of the parts. The functions appear close to each other in the menu, and this prevents the accidental removal of the parts.
