Open a Room Card

You can open the room cards you have created in the application associated with the rtf file extension in two different ways:

Open the Room Cards by Using the Ribbon Function

1. Do either of the following:
   • Select a room, and select Room | Open Room Card.
   • Select Output | Zone | Room Card Open Room Card, and select the room cards in the Windows Open dialog box.
2. Click the Open button.

Open the Room Cards from the Project Document Browser

1. Open the branch Architectural documents / Room Cards.
2. Double-click a room card name.
