Drawing Limit Properties
Defines the general drawing properties such as the drawing limits and scale. You can define the properties in a dialog box with multiple tabs.
Tab: Drawing Limits
- Size
- Sets the size of the drawing area in the drawing window. The borders of the area will be indicated by a continuous line in the drawing window.
- Set the drawing limits
- You can set the drawing area by clicking the button. Click the drawing area in the drawing window by selecting two corner points: the lower left corner and upper right corner.
- Predefined Drawing Limits
- Defines the drawing area in accordance with the sheet size. Select the appropriate sheet size in the menu and click Locate Drawing Limits.
- Scale
- Sets a new scale for a drawing. The scale affects all the drawing objects, including texts and lines if the properties text height and line distance have been defined as scalable. The objects will be scaled according to the scale.
- Locate Drawing Limits
- Define the location of the sheet by clicking Locate Drawing Limits. Select the location of the drawing limits in the drawing window.
- Set 0.5 mm Oversize
- Automatically sets the drawing area in the drawing. The program will set the borders so that all the objects are inside the borders of the drawing area, and add a 0.5 mm margin.
- Set 10% Oversize
- Automatically sets the drawing area in the drawing. The program will set the borders so that all the drawing objects are inside the borders of the drawing area and add a 10% margin.
