Sheet Schedule

Framer, Floor Framing & Rafters

Add sheet labels of a sheathing in a framing to the floor plan. The labels are collected in a sheet schedule, which you can also add to the floor plan. If the drawing-model pair includes several framings, all the sheets will be collected to the same schedule.

  1. Select Output | Sheet Schedule. The Sheet Schedule Parameters dialog box opens.
  2. Make the following selections:
    • LABELS - Select the check box, when you wish to add or remove labels. In addition, select the following:
      • Add - Add labels.
      • Remove - Delete labels.
      • New location - Move the existing labels to the locations defined in the system settings when you regenerate the labels.
      • Current location - Retain the location of the existing labels when you regenerate the labels.
      • System - Each sheet label consists of a prefix and a number. The prefix can be any character string typed in the System field within quotation marks, for example "Sheet". The prefix can also consist of other variables separated using the vertical bar character.
    • SCHEDULE - Select the check box, when you wish to add or remove a schedule in the floor plan. In addition, select either of the following:
      • Add - Add a schedule. The schedule will contain the sheet labels, number and materials of sheathings in all framings in the drawing-model pair.
      • Remove - Delete a schedule.
    • DRAWINGS - Select the check box, when you wish to create part drawings of sheets. In addition, select the following:
      • Add - Create part drawings.
      • Remove - Delete part drawings.
      • File folder - A folder under the project folder in which the drawing files will be saved.
      • Prefix - Prefix used in the drawing file names.
      • Drawing template - Select the template to be used. The templates provided by the software supplier are located in the ../system/picts folder. The customer-specific templates are located in the ../custom/picts folder.
      • Ignore full sheets - Select the checkbox, when you do not wish to create part drawings of full-size sheets. A full-size sheet is of the same size as a sheet in the sheathing library. It has not been cut on any side.
      • Ignore rectangular sheets - Select the check box, when you do not wish to create part drawings of rectangular sheets regardless of their size.
      • Delete old drawings - When you select Remove, the program will only remove the drawing files that have been named in accordance with the current labels and drawing prefix in the dialog box. If there are drawings in the folder that have been created previously, and have been given different names, you can delete these by selecting Delete old drawings.
  3. Confirm by clicking OK.
  4. If necessary, select the location of the schedule.
