Properties a Converted Object

Edit the properties of an object converted by a common conversion rule as follows:

1. Select the object in the model or in the object tree.
2. Right-click and select Properties.
3. Edit the properties in a dialog box.

Dialog Box Options

Name

The name of the converted object appears in the object tree. If necessary, edit the name in the text field.

Object type

Select the type of the converted object and, if necessary, a subtype from the list. The converted object appears in the branch of the selected type in the object tree.

2D visibility

Select Active to enable the 2D presentation of the converted object. Clear the check box to turn off the 2D presentation. From the 2D layer list, select the layer to which the 2D geometry will be added.

Converted IFC object

Data of the original IFC object is displayed in text fields.

• IFC type
• GUID

Note: If you copy the converted object, this data is not transferred to the copy.
