Add Part Data as Text to the Drawing

General

• Use this function to add attribute data, nowadays mostly part data, connected to an element as a reference text to the drawing.

Adds the Element Attribute Data to the Drawing

1. Select Drawing | Mechanical | Parts List > Attribute Data to Drawing.
2. Click the element, for example the part number, whose attribute data you want to add to the drawing.
3. Click the starting point of the reference line.
4. Select the location of the text.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to continue adding attribute data.
6. Stop adding attribute data to the drawing
   • Select another function or
   • press the Esc key.
